Meet Shannon

"I created Ghioni Consulting as a Wagga Wagga local born and raised, shaped by a family with deep ties to this community. My late grandfather (Crocodile Pet Store Owner & Abattoirs Manager), Ronald Ghioni donated water lilies that once brightened the Esplanade Lagoon. My stepfather, now retired, has served as an RFS captain and firefighter for many years in the region. My family has generational ties to this area, instilling a sense of service and community care that sits at the heart of everything I strive to do.

 

With offices in both Wagga Wagga and Braidwood, I support clients across Australia who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin or unsure where to begin. Backed by a Bachelors in Communications, my professional background in HR, administration, digital operations, web design, and management allows me to bring clarity, structure and understanding to both individuals and businesses who need a partner that meets them where they are.

What makes this work unique is the blend of professional capability and genuine human connection. I value accessibility, compassion and transparency because real support is never one size fits all.
